MICHAEL D. BOLLENBACK, CPA Mike Bollenback, CPA, is the President and Managing Partner of Bollenback & Forret, PA, CPA's and Consultants.  He has over twenty-eight years experience in public accounting.  He is experienced in individual, corporate, partnership and not-for-profit income tax planning and preparation.  Mike's business client base consists of various service and professional entities, construction contractors and manufacturers. He works extensively with family businesses and provides various tax and   management consulting services. He prepares business valuations and provides litigation support services. Mike received his accounting degree from the University of South Florida.  He is a member of the American and Florida Institutes of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA and FICPA), the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), Medical Group Management Association, and the Tampa Bay Family Business Forum.  He is the past chairman of the FICPA Management of an Accounting Practice Section and current Steering Committee member, is a member of the FICPA Litigation and Valuation Services Section, as well as the AICPA Management Consulting Services Section. Mike is the current chairman of the Pinellas County Prequalification Board for Contractors, current member of the board of directors of the Humane Society of Pinellas, past President of Leadership Pinellas, past chairman of the Largo/Mid-Pinellas Chamber of Commerce, and past President of the Florida CPA Group.  He is the past President of Lighthouse of Pinellas, past Vice President and Treasurer of The Long Center, past President of the Clearwater Chapter of the University of South Florida Alumni Association, and past President of the Clearwater Breakfast Sertoma Club. He also served on the Public Advisory Committee of the Florida Comparison of Environmental Risks Project, and the Tampa Bay Commuter Rail Authority.
