RODERICK (RICK) B. STUART, CPA   Rick Stuart, CPA, CFP™ is a Partner in Bollenback & Forret, PA, CPAs and Consultants. He has thirty-three years experience in public accounting and twenty-five years in management. He is experienced in corporate, partnership, fiduciary and individual tax planning and preparation. He is a business and personal financial consultant and is a Certified Financial Planner.   Rick is the Technology Partner for the firm, and has developed websites for various clients. He advises clients on accounting and computer system operation and design. Rick is a Certified QuickBooks Professional Advisor and helps many businesses set up and operate QuickBooks effectively. He has performed computer programming including Database Management Systems.   He has been the partner in charge of corporate audits and was an Internal Auditor for the Florida Department of Transportation.   Rick received his accounting degree from Florida State University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA), and the Institute of Certified Financial Planners. He is past chairman of the steering committee for the Business Technology Section of the Florida Institute of CPAs and the Technology Advisory Council of the Florida CPA Group. He is a former member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, the Information Technology Alliance, the EDP Auditors Association, the Institute of Business Appraisers, and the Institute of Internal Auditors.   In civic association he was Past President of the Pinellas Executive Association, Past Treasurer of the Clearwater Aquatics Boosters, Kiwanis Club Past President and former Boy Scout Council Treasurer and Boy Scout and Cub Scout leader. Rick is a graduate of the Leadership Pinellas Class of 2007, and currently serves on the Advisory Board of the College Fund of Pinellas County, Inc.
